shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Orders are shipped directly to the customer and follow the standard methods available by the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

Please note, that orders made Friday after 5:00 pm, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped on the next business day.

Our fulfillment partners do not ship to APO or FPO addresses. Orders that contain a different shipping address from the billing address may be subject to review, in which case the customer will be contacted. This can delay shipping times. Uniquely Irregular cannot guarantee same-day expedited shipping when an order is placed on hold for review. The tax rate is based on the shipping address and not the billing address.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

Once you have reported your package lost, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge, if the stock is available.

We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

POTENTIAL SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS:

Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control.

CHECKING THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER:

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@uniquelyirregular.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES:

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
